Murmuration provides the Malta Tourism Authority with an interactive dashboard on the following topics:
Study of tourism supply, tourist frequentation, and environmental condition in relation to the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals),
Study of climate projections on the territory,
Study of climatic and environmental impacts on tourist activities.
Murmuration conducts a comprehensive study on several environmental parameters combined with tourism data (water quality, air quality, urbanization, soil moisture, vegetation...) and climate projections (study of sea level rise, temperature changes, precipitation...).
Murmuration co-develops with Malta its management tool for the resilience and adaptation of its tourist activities in view of climate change.
This study enables the Malta Ministry of Tourism to understand and monitor tourism dynamics, as well as support the monitoring and implementation of their medium- and long-term tourism strategy.
