Measuring Attractiveness and Anticipating Climate Risks for the Accor Hotel Group

Further information Further information

The Accor Group is a French hotel group managing hospitality establishments and venues worldwide. The goal of the collaboration with Murmuration is to implement a tool for measuring and monitoring the environment around the establishments, enabling the assessment of their attractiveness and the identification of potential environmental and climatic risks affecting them.

1) Quantifying an establishment's attractiveness through environmental criteria:

Murmuration defines attractiveness criteria (biodiversity and landscapes, health, meteorological comfort, etc.) based on environmental data, which allows for assigning a score to each establishment. These indicators are provided to the property owners in the form of dashboards and are intended to be integrated into the group's commercial website on the establishments' profile pages via an API.

2) Identifying potential environmental and climatic risks that could affect the establishments:

Murmuration provides property owners with dashboards on climate projections (sea level rise, snowfall, temperatures, precipitation, etc.). The aim is to enable them to adapt their strategy and investments in response to climatic risks.
